PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for use in a business continuation risk evaluation system 1 that evaluates a business continuation risk caused by occurrence of a system power shortage where there is a sufficient volume of power may not be obtained from a power system, the technique enabling more accurate evaluation of the business continuation risk and accurate grasping of the effectiveness of executing a countermeasure for minimizing the risk, such as introduction of a private power generation facility.SOLUTION: A system includes: quantitative analysis input means 11 for receiving inputs of an operation hours decreasing-magnitude-related value and a market share dropping-magnitude-related value, where the former is related to the decreasing-magnitude of operation hours predicted to occur due to a system power shortage, and the latter is related to the dripping-magnitude of market share predicted to occur due to the system power shortage; and quantitative analysis output means 12 for calculating and outputting a loss amount-related value related to a loss amount predicted to occur due to the system power shortage on the basis of the operation hours decreasing-magnitude-related value and market share dropping-magnitude-related value that have been received by the quantitative analysis input means. |
