PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allocation control unit, an allocation system, a reallocation method, and a program which are capable of optimizing allocation corresponding to progress of an allocated work.SOLUTION: A storage section 120 stores an allocation management table. A spare time calculation section 133, when examination of a patient ends, calculates a difference between scheduled end time corresponding to the examination and end time of the examination as spare time. Then, a reallocation target specifying section 134 specifies candidates to be reallocated, and specifies a patient who can be examined within the spare time out of the specified candidates as a reallocation target. Then, a reallocation section 135 updates the allocation management table such that the patient specified as the reallocation target is examined in the spare time. |
