PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate 4k2k recording and video display for digital cinema photography, while utilizing an image processing engine for capturing a still image.SOLUTION: The image pick-up device includes at least one first image processing engine for developing signals obtained by capturing, and at least two second image processing engines, different from the first image processing engine, for developing signals obtained by capturing. The image pick-up device develops continuous frames obtained by capturing, by operating two second image processing engines in parallel, and records a video thus generated on a recording medium. Furthermore, the image pick-up device outputs a video for display, by providing a contracted image of frames input continuously to the first image processing engine and then developing the image. |
