The present invention relates to a touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof which do not damage visibility properties while having low resistance properties. Especially, the present invention relates to a touch screen panel which overlaps a metal mesh pattern in a partial area of a detecting electrode of the touch screen panel, and a manufacturing method thereof. Since the touch screen panel has a structure to connect transparent conductive oxide electrodes in parallel, wherein the transparent conductive oxide electrodes partially include a metal mesh pattern having resistivity lower than that of a touch screen panel only composed of the existing transparent conductive oxide electrodes, resistance properties can be improved.
