FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method of head plate execution for improved cleaning action during cleaning. In one version of invention can be method of head plate execution, comprising steps of: a) support plate is made, containing first section and second section, wherein first section is separated from second section by gap and in second section groove is formed passing from gap to location of cleaning elements; b) support plate is located in cavity of casting mould; c) molten flexible material is injected into mold cavity so that fused flexible material: (1) flows within gap; (2) flows into groove; and (3) flows into chamber for cleaning element; and d) fused flexible material is cured, wherein solidified flexible material in gap connects first and second sections of plate together, wherein solidified flexible material in chamber for cleaning teeth element forms first flexible tooth-cleaning element.EFFECT: improved cleaning action.40 cl, 17 dwg |
