According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a buffer layer placed on the substrate; an operating semiconductor layer placed on the buffer layer; a gate insulating film placed on the operating semiconductor layer; a gate line and an operating gate electrode placed on the gate insulating film; an interlayer insulating film placed on the gate line, the operating gate electrode, and the gate insulating film; an operating source electrode and an operating drain electrode placed on the interlayer insulating film, and facing each other; a flattening film placed on the operating source electrode, the operating drain electrode, and the interlayer insulating film; a pixel electrode placed on the flattening film, connected with an operating film transistor, and comprising reflecting electrodes; a pixel defining film placed on the flattening film and the edge of the pixel electrode, and including an opening part exposing the pixel electrode, and a reflecting hole exposing a part of the interlayer insulating film; an organic light emitting layer placed on the pixel electrode in the opening part; a common electrode placed on the organic light emitting layer on the pixel defining film and in the reflecting hole, and comprising transparent electrodes; and an optical sensor placed under the substrate. The reflecting hole moves light, emitted from the organic light emitting layer, to the optical sensor placed under the substrate. Therefore, the present invention is capable of identifying a degradation degree of a light emitting diode.
