PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical member entirely pouring the content from a package body, and readily attached to the package body.SOLUTION: A rectangular or square film having heat-sealable inner and outer surfaces, is wound into a cylindrical shape, both opposite ends of the film are folded inward and superposed, the outer surfaces of both the superposed folded portions (2, 3) are heat-sealed into a cylindrical body. In the cylindrical body, at least an inner surface (5 (6)) of both folded portions and the half of an inner peripheral surface (7) of a base portion, are formed with a heat-seal inhibitor layer (9), excluding an inner peripheral surface (8) at the front end opposite to the base part connected to the package body, and the cylindrical member (1) is formed. |
