A bone augment adaptor is configured to be inseparably coupled to a bone augment. A first end of the adaptor is configured to be connected to an epiphyseal replacement portion of a modular joint replacement prosthesis. A second end of the adaptor may be configured to be connected to a diaphyseal anchoring portion of the prosthesis.
