PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a confirmation on an image screen of a personal computer, by automatically inserting a command of ON-OFF of a welding process into a processing program, by automatically calculating the welding length, a welding place and its number by the computer, by analyzing the processing program, in a processing program editing method and its system for this wire electric discharge machine.SOLUTION: This processing program editing method analyzes the processing program of a plate thickness of a workpiece, the number of processing members and its specific gravity, and arithmetically operates the mass of the processing member by arithmetically operating the processing peripheral length of the processing member and the upper surface area of a shape of the processing member, and arithmetically operates the predetermined welding length and the welding place of a welding part which can be held corresponding to the mass of the processing member from a map of a measured value of a controller memory on the relationship of the welding length of the welding part which can be held to the workpiece of the processing member. |
