An apparatus and associated methods are disclosed for securing a nasal gastric tube to a user's face. One example of the apparatus comprises a tube holder for securing a nasal gastric tube to a user's face between the ear and a nose of the user in a fitted condition. The apparatus includes an elongate body having a securing side adapted to affix to the user's face and a tube locating side, including a locator arranged to receive and locate a received portion of the tube substantially inline with the elongate body between the user's ear and nose. The apparatus further includes a cover coupled to the elongate body so as to be moveable between an open condition in which the received portion of the tube is receivable by the locator and a closed condition in which the received portion of the tube is concealed by the cover. |
