PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical photo-setting expanded material.SOLUTION: Polythiol having a plurality of thiol group, urethane prepolymer having at its terminals a plurality of functional group that activates radical addition reaction with thiol group, and gas are mixed by mechanical froth method and the functional groups and the thiol groups are photopolymerization reacted to produce a photo-setting expanded material. That is, by first mechanically foaming urethane prepolymer and polythiol, then the foam raw material is set by photopolymerization reaction between the functional group and the thiol group. By this, it becomes possible to make the temperature change during the reaction small and to suitably produce the photo-setting expanded material. Also, since the temperature change during the reaction is small, it becomes possible to employ a variety of films as the resin film 34 used when producing the expanded material. Further, the raw material for the photo-setting expanded material according to the present invention contains no acrylic raw materials. For this reason, it becomes possible to employ a gas containing oxygen, i.e. air, as the gas to be mixed at the time of mechanical foaming. |
