A fuel pump mounting structure of a saddle-ride-type vehicle that can enhance the degree of freedom in the shape of a fuel tank with the construction where a fuel pump is arranged in the inside of the saddle-type fuel tank that straddles a main frame. A first opening portion is formed in a tank bottom plate of a fuel tank, and a mounting arm which closes the first opening portion by one end thereof and supports the fuel pump by the other end thereof is arranged in the inside of the fuel tank, the mounting arm extends along a vehicle widthwise direction toward a gap SA formed between a straddling bottom portion of the fuel tank that straddles a main frame and a tank side wall of the fuel tank, and supports the fuel pump in the inside of the gap SA. |
