The present invention relates to a conductive radiating material compound and a radiating product using the conductive radiating material compound. The present invention provides a conductive radiating material compound comprising carbon-based raw materials having excellent radiating characteristics in a vertical direction, and a radiating product using the conductive radiating material compound. A conductive radiating material compound comprising carbon-based raw materials according to the present invention comprises carbon-based raw material particles (11) to surfaces of which metal (12) is ion bonded. The carbon-based raw material particles are graphene nanoparticles, graphite nanoparticles, or carbon nanotubes.
