The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass sheet having non-slip properties, wherein a portion of one of the surfaces of the sheet is textured. The invention particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a textured glass sheet having non-slip properties, comprising the following consecutive steps: a) a step of texturing the entirety of a surface of a glass sheet; b) a selective protection step during which a portion of the textured surface of the sheet is protected by a protective layer; c) a smoothing step during which the textured areas of the surface not protected by the protective layer are re-smoothed; and d) a finishing step during which the protective layer is removed.
