In order to reduce processing time, a laser processing device is configured so as to have: a processing state determination unit that determines whether the state is the processing state, that is, whether a laser emission unit is under the driving control of a laser driver (42), after an emergency stop state has been initiated by an emergency stop unit and the closing of a door unit has been detected by open/close detection units (39A, 39B), and opening of the door unit is detected; a first cancellation control unit, that, when the processing state determination unit determines that the state is not the processing state, performs a control so as to cancel the emergency stop state; and a second cancellation control unit that, when the processing state determination unit determines that the state is the processing state, performs a control to receive a cancellation instruction by a cancellation instruction reception unit and to cancel the emergency stop state when a cancellation instruction is received after setting the reception of a cancellation instruction by the cancellation instruction reception unit. |
