The introduced invention of a modular sandwich panel and its installation system into a functional building panelling is self-supporting and does not require a supporting wall or additional subassembly, while at the same time it meets the requirements regarding fire resistance, air tightness, water resistance and thermal insulation without any additional risks due to external impact and human factor influences during the installation in various directions (methods). At the same time the sealing is alreadyinstalled during the making which solves the problem of quality and durability of the sealing due to external impact and influences of human factor during installation. The modular sandwich panels are as line elements suitable for modular installation since they meet the requirements of the architects regarding perfect look of the modules - grids on the facades. The modular sandwich panel (1) consists of a base sheet-metal panel (9), a sealing of the internal seam (10), an insulation core (8), a cover (5),a sealing of the longitudinal seam on the external side (11), two male corner elements (6), two female corner elements (7) as well as other parts, which are integrated parts inside the cover. In the prefabricated element of the modular panel there are also all longitudinal washers of longitudinal seams integrated and also on the corner seams, which are key elements for the air and water tightness of the facade in various directions and have been developed especially for this purpose. Apart form this,reinforcement elements are integrated into the prefabricated modular panel in the transverse direction, which enhance the self-supporting features of the modular panel and their quick and simple installation. |
