Disclosed is a welding jig operation system which can improve precision since a worker can work continuously on the spot without location movement and a welding robot can perform welding at one welding position without a large swing from side to side, and can reduce manufacturing costs since multiple jigs can use an equal transfer unit, and enables the worker to increase the work position and the number of welding robots easily. The welding jig operation system includes: a rotation table which is installed to rotate around a center rotary shaft on the spot; the multiple welding jigs which are installed on the rotation table in intervals, and hold components for welding; an index rotation device comprising an intermittent rotation unit to rotate the rotary shaft intermittently in a fixed time interval by receiving power of an index gear motor through the index gear motor and a power delivery unit; and a support frame which provides an installation place of the index rotation device and supports the index rotation device. |
