The present invention relates to a technology related to an implant acting as a joint when combining a revision implant in revision total knee arthroplasty. More particularly, the present invention relates to an offset adaptor unit comprising: an adaptor which combines a stem member with a femoral member or a tibial member during revision total knee arthroplasty; and a nut combined with the adaptor. The offset adaptor unit has enhanced strength to complement a fracture occurring in the most narrow part.
