PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo motor which is quiet at the time of start and at the time of stop control.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a pulse width of a PWM wave for driving a motor is set as a first pulse width at the time of start and at the time of stop control, and set as a second pulse width at the time of regular control. The first pulse width is a pulse width at which a signal of an amplitude smaller than potential between a power supply voltage and a ground voltage at an output stage is output from a drain of a MOS transistor at the output stage. The second pulse width is a pulse width larger than the first pulse width, at which a signal of an amplitude between the power supply voltage and the ground voltage is output from the drain of the MOS transistor at the output stage. |
