PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-shaped food manufacturing apparatus, wherein a temperature difference between a central portion and an end portions of a burning drum outer circumference to be heated is reduced as much as possible, thereby to homogenize a temperature difference of a burning drum outer circumference.SOLUTION: A skin-shaped food manufacturing apparatus, wherein a pasty dough is continuously supplied in a thin layer shape from one portion of an outer circumference 2a of a burning drum 2 heated by a built-in drum 5 and rotated at a low speed, and wherein a skin-shaped food 11, which has been produced by burning a thin layer dough 10 during the rotation process of the burning drum 2, is peeled and recovered at another portion of the burning drum outer circumference 2a by a scraper 12, comprises: drum side heating means 15 for heating an end side of the burning drum outer circumference 2a so that a temperature difference between a central portion side and an end side of the burning drum outer circumference 2a may be reduced. |
