Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for processing a resource operation request. The method comprises: a first entity receives a resource operation request of a second entity, the resource operation request being used for requesting an operation on a specified resource, and the resource operation request carrying operation execution time of the operation on the specified resource; the first entity acquires a valid time period of the specified resource; and when the first entity determines that the operation execution time does not belong to the valid time period, the first entity sends a feedback message to the second entity, the feedback message being used for indicating a processing basis of the resource operation request to the second entity. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art that the valid time of a resource may be confused with the operation execution time is solved, the confusion between the valid time of the resource and the operation execution time is avoided, and thus effective execution of an operation request on the resource is ensured. |
