PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information creation equipment, an information creation system, and an information creation method making it possible to easily utilize history information concerning a water treatment facility.SOLUTION: Information creation equipment of an embodiment includes a calculation unit, identification unit, modification unit, and creation unit. The calculation unit acquires history information, in which event information which represents an observed event, operation information which represents an operation performed in a water treatment facility in compliance with the event, and an observation time of the event are associated with one another, and calculates a change quantity in the event information in relation to plural times. Based on the calculated change quantities, the identification unit identifies a time zone during which the interval of object times that are times in relation to which the change quantity is calculated is varied. The modification unit controls the calculation unit so that the interval between the object times within the identified time zone will be shorter than the interval of object times which do not fall within the identified time zone. The creation unit creates presentation information, which includes a set of the event information, operation information, and observation time or object times, for the identified time zone on the basis of the history information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
