According to one embodiment of the present invention, a management system for loans based on sales credit comprises: an open market server which produces sales information and sales property information, the information on sales of a product registered by a seller who joined in the system from the log-in information; a loan institution server which is able to transmit contract data containing a setting loan limit which is set in a loan contract made by the seller and a loan institution; and a loan evaluating server which receives the contract data from the loan institution server, connects to the open market server via the log-in information of the seller, makes the clipping of the sales property information and the sales information, calculates the loan limit of the seller by using the sales property information and the sales information, and compares the loan limit to the setting loan limit. |
