PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polymerizable compound such as those do not cause, when added to a polymerizable composition, the precipitation of a crystal or the like, and have a high storage stability; a polymerizable composition that is unlikely to cause unevenness when producing a film shape polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable composition containing said polymerizable compound; and furthermore a polymer obtained by polymerizing said polymerizable composition, and an optical anisotropic medium using said polymer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a compound represented by a general formula (I); as well as a composition containing said compound, a polymer obtained by polymerizing said composition, and an optical anisotropic medium using said polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
