PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in making a transition of an icon from the current page to another page by drag and drop.SOLUTION: A user interface device detects if any of the ends of an icon has contacted a display frame of a page (S505) irrespective of the position of a finger or a pen for operation, and when the contact state continues for a predetermined period (S506), makes a transition of the page (S507).
