The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device capable of preventing a decrease of an image quality due to image sticking by a brightness variation at the same time preventing the brightness variation due to a deterioration variation of an organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention comprises: a display panel including multiple subpixels each of which has an organic light emitting diode that is emitted by a data current based on a data voltage; a memory to store cumulative data of each subpixel; and a panel driving unit to cumulate and store input data of the inputted subpixel in every cumulative cycle, generate a deterioration compensation gain value of each subpixel based on a cumulative difference value between the cumulative data of each subpixel and reference cumulative data which is one of the cumulative data of all subpixels stored in the memory in every set deterioration time point, generate modulation data of each subpixel by modulating the input data of each subpixel according to the generated deterioration compensation gain value of each subpixel, and convert the modulation data to the data voltage to be supplied to each subpixel. |
