Provided are a system and a method for controlling a ventilation fan and a gas circuit breaker so as to control driving levels of the ventilation fan and the gas circuit breaker on the basis of signals detected by a gas flow detecting unit and a ventilation sensor. The provided system for controlling the ventilation fan and the gas circuit breaker comprises: the gas flow detecting unit for detecting a gas flow rate of the gas supplied through a gas supply pipe to a gas range; the ventilation sensor for detecting the gas concentration in a space in which the gas range is provided; and a control device for determining the driving level of the ventilation fan on the basis of reference values of the gas flow rate detected by the gas flow detecting unit and the gas concentration detected by the ventilation sensor, and for driving the ventilation fan on the basis of the driving level.
