PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, information processing method, and information processing system and program capable of estimating power consumption in each operation state of an apparatus, with a simple facility configuration.SOLUTION: An information processing device for calculating power consumption of each of a plurality of apparatuses comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring operation information showing whether or not a power supply circuit of each of the plurality of apparatuses is turned on and power consumption information showing a total amount of power consumed by each of the plurality of apparatuses, at a plurality of time points; a calculation unit for individually calculating an amount of power consumed by each of the plurality of apparatuses in the case that the power supply circuit is turned on, by using the operation information and power consumption information, for each apparatus; and an estimation unit for estimating power consumption in each operation state of a circuit except the power supply circuit of each of the plurality of apparatuses, by analyzing information on the amount of power individually calculated for each apparatus. |
