The present invention relates to a support frame of an LED lighting module for a medical treatment and an LED lighting using the same. The support frame for a lighting including an LED module assembly in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged, comprises: a plurality of circular frames which are concentric and have different radiuses; vertical frames formed to cross each other at the center of the circular frames; an axial frame positioned between any vertical frames and outwardly extending from the center so as to be connected to a mounting unit; and extending brackets each having a bar-shaped fastening portion fastened to an upper portion of each of end portions of the vertical frames and a guide hole formed in the bar-shaped fastening portion in a longitudinal direction, and being fastened by inserting and fixing a fixing bolt into the guide hole and the vertical frame, wherein the support frame can be expanded and reduced according to a position where the fixing bolt is fastened to the guide hole. In the present invention, the support frame can be easily reduced and expanded to be applied to LED module assemblies with various sizes in a single frame.
