PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of further efficiently decomposing dioxin in industrial waste.SOLUTION: A material which contains one or more of a bacteria transformed by introducing a DNA coding a dioxin degrading enzyme, a debris of the bacteria, and a fraction of the crushed product is used as a dioxin decomposition agent. The debris of the bacteria includes a debris of the cell membrane of the bacteria, and the fraction includes a fraction of the cell membrane. |
