An alloy particularly for use in the manufacture of electric-accumulator plate-grids comprises 0,001-0.01 per cent of lithium, 0,01-0,15 per cent of calcium, and the remainder lead. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes also an alloy consisting of lead with a small amount of a metal such as calcium or antimony and a small amount of an alkali metal. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. |
