The present invention is to provide a pouch type battery which is arranged between a tap and a pouch, and can suppress a phenomenon of having dew in a sealant part exposed to the outside of the pouch. According to the present invention, provided is the pouch type battery which comprises: a flexible case to receive an electrode assembly; a tap connected to the electrode assembly, and protruded to the outside of the flexible case; and a sealant arranged between the flexible case and the tap. An inclined unit is formed in an exposed part of the sealant exposed by being extended to the outside of the case.
