The present invention relates to a method for cooking grilled catfish provided to minimize a decrease in the volume of a catfish during grilling. The present invention comprises a pre-ripening step including a freezing/ripening step, an alcohol/ripening step, a purified water/ripening step, a salting/ripening step, etc. and a gilling step including a final grilling step. The present invention facilitates minimization of a decrease in the volume of a catfish during grilling, thereby being able to minimize customer disappointment about grilled catfish and resulting customer dissatisfaction. |
