The fire resistant structural panel with a PIR core relates to the construction branch, namely to the composite elements of building construction, and is intended for the manufacture of fire resistant load bearing structures. A fire resistant structural panel with a polyisocyanurate PIR core is composed of outer upper and lower boards, an adhesive material, a strut framework and a filler. Wherein the strut framework is made as contiguous regular hexagons (honeycomb).
The outer boards and the strut framework (4) are made of cement-cellulose and the filler (5) is a polyisocyanurate foam PIR.
All strut framework (4) is made of strips (7) which have a form based on a half of hexagon wherein the strips (7) are assembled to create cells (6) of the strut framework (4) and they have at least one round hole (8) on a side of the hexagon. |
