PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detector capable of highly accurately detecting a load, high in durability, easily installed in a narrow place, and easily included in an existing device or facilities.SOLUTION: A load detector has a base body on which a load is applied and which includes a load receiving beam having a load receiving region and a pair of support point receiving regions, a pair of working arms protruded from different positions of the load receiving beam, and a connection part for connecting the tip side of the working arms. These portions continuously surround a hollow part as a whole. The load receiving region is formed on the position of a reference plane traversing a straight line connecting the pair of support point receiving regions. The pair of working arms are respectively protruded on a side where one support point receiving region is positioned with respect to the reference plane and from a side where the other support point receiving region is positioned. A distortion sensor is attached to at least one of the working arms. |
