PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effortlessly producing gramineous plant ash effective as a fertilizer of agricultural crops and a soil conditioner.SOLUTION: A production method of gramineous plant ash comprises: carbonizing and consecutively incinerating a gramineous plant raw material filled in an incineration kiln 100 statically disposed and equipped with an air-introducing part 130 for natural aeration at a bottom side and a chimney 400 for natural ventilation of smoke exhaust at a ceiling side; including a procedure of carbonizing the gramineous plant raw material layer by layer from the uppermost layer toward lower layer at the bottom side, and making smoked charcoal while aeration conditions by the air-introducing part 130 and ventilation conditions by the chimney 400 are fixed; and when the lowermost layer is carbonized, a procedure of ashing the smoked charcoal layer by layer from the lowermost layer toward upper layer while aeration conditions by the air-introducing part 130 and ventilation conditions by the chimney 400 are fixed. |
