摘要 Safety is improved by suppressing wheel load fluctuation that occurs when, e.g., a railway vehicle stops in a section of a gradual decrease in superelevation. A railway vehicle has a front carriage (2a) and a rear carriage (2b) both of which have air springs (1a, 1b) disposed on the left and right lateral sides of the vehicle, and the railway vehicle also has height adjustment devices (3) that follow the heights of the air springs (1a, 1b). The air springs (1a, 1b) of the front carriage (2a) and rear carriage (2b) are connected by air tubes (6) provided with left/right pressure difference adjustment valves (5). Either set of air springs (1a) and (1a) or (1b) and (1b) of the front carriage (2a) and rear carriage (2b) are connected by an air tube (8) provided with a front/rear pressure difference adjustment valve (9). A choke valve (10) is disposed in parallel with the front/rear pressure difference adjustment valve (9). A front/rear unbalancing pressure difference adjustment valve (11) is disposed in series with the front/rear pressure difference adjustment valve (9).
