PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil level abnormality determination device for an on-vehicle internal combustion engine capable of suitably performing determination even when a short trip takes place frequently.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 10 records normal time when a detection value of an oil level of an oil pan in engine operation by an oil level gauge 18 is within a normal range and abnormal time when the detection value is beyond the normal range, and determines the presence/absence of oil level abnormality on the basis of the comparison of time in the end of the trip. The electronic control unit 10 stores the measurement result of the normal/abnormal time in an EEPROM 14 in the end of the trip, and stores and retains the measurement result even in turning-off of an ignition switch 20, and thus, the measurement result is transferred to the next trip. |
