The present invention provides a plating preprocessing apparatus which can stably realize product preprocessing work and also simplify an operation and a configuration thereof to save installation costs, and, particularly, can effectively remove foreign materials from the product in the preprocessing work to enhance productivity via continuous work as well as to satisfy optimal plating conditions. To solve the subject, the present invention configures a washing process tank composed of a deposition process tank, a supersonic washing process tank and a vapor washing process tank in a center, configures a product supply unit and a product discharge unit at both sides of the washing process tank, installs lifting vehicles, lifted or lowered by a lifting cylinder, in each of the process tanks, the product supply unit and the product discharge unit and installs a plurality of moving rods, driven backwards and forwards by a feeding cylinder, on a front side of an upper end of the washing process tank. The present invention seats a mesh box, on which a product to be preprocessed is stacked, on the lifting vehicle, moves the processed product to one side by the moving rods driven backwards and forwards by the feeding cylinder to realize a step by step washing process, and discharges the finished product to the outside. |
