PURPOSE:To obtain a hydration heat generation time control material which affords a concrete to be jointed with successive pours having a high effect of preventing cold joint by mixing calcium aluminosilicate and anhydrous gyp sum at a specific weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:This hydration heat generation time control material is produced by mixing 75 to 95 pts.wt. calcium aluminosilicate and 25 to 5 pts.wt. anhydrous gypsum, The concrete to be jointed with successive pours which does not generate cracks and fissures known as the cold joints is obtd. by incorporating 2 to 20 pts.wt. resulted hydration heat generation time control material into 100 pts.wt. cement compsn. consisting cement, natural sand, aggregate, water- reducing agent, etc. The calcium aluminosilicate which is a main raw material is produced by a method compounding CaO-based raw materials, Al2O3-based raw materials and SiO2-based raw materials at such ratios at which the compsn. consists of about 30 to 60wt.% CaO, about 20 to 60wt.% Al2O3 and about 5 to 25wt.% SiO2, melting the mixture by heating, then blowing off the melt with high-pressure water. |
