摘要 An airtightness detecting method and device for a quartz crystal resonator. The method comprises: detecting the resistance R1 and the resistance R2 of a product to be detected in a normal pressure state and a pressurized state respectively; and determining whether R1 equals R2, wherein if R1=R2, it is determined that the product is airtight, and if R2>R1, it is determined that the product leaks air. The device comprises a frame (1) and a test unit (2). The test unit (2) comprises a resistance tester, a test board (21), a probe (22) and a positioning mechanism. The probe (22) and the positioning mechanism are both fixed on the frame (1), the probe (22) is connected to the resistance tester, the test board (21) is provided with vents for pressurization, and the positioning mechanism moves the test board (21) to a test position to form an enclosed pressurized cavity. According to the airtightness detecting method and device for a quartz crystal resonator, detection is carried out in an air pressurizing method, no liquid medium is needed, so the cost is reduced and no contamination is caused.
