[Problem] To reliably bring about expansion of a liquid storage container within an outer container. [Solution] This combination of a liquid storage container and an outer container is provided with: an outer container 5 having an opening 5a at a position offset from a first center part L1 passing through the center part of the top surface; and a liquid storage container 1 arranged inside the outer container 5, and having a pour mouth 40 at a position shifted away from a second center part L2 passing through the center part of the top edge. An outer thread 41A of the pour mouth 40 and an inner thread 5A of the opening 5a are engaged, securing the pour mouth 40 within the opening 5a. The widthwise direction of the liquid storage container 1 is parallel to a straight line L1 connecting the first center part L1 and the opening 5a of the outer container 5, and the direction of offset of the opening 5a from the first center part L1 and the direction of offset of the pour mouth 40 from the second center part L2 face the same direction.
