A 3D flexible display device (10) and a display method thereof. The 3D flexible display device (10) comprises: a flexible display screen (100) and a height control layer (200). The flexible display screen (100) is manufactured by using a flexible material and is used for displaying an image. The height control layer (200) is formed at a back surface (104) of the flexible display screen (100) and is used for controlling a raised height of a corresponding display area (106) on the flexible display screen (100) by changing a raised height of an area (202) on the height control layer (200) towards the flexible display screen (100). The flexible display device (10) uses the deformation feature of the flexible display screen (100) and controls the height of the area (202) of the height control layer (200), so as to raise the corresponding display area (106) on the flexible display screen (100) and present a real 3D display effect.
