A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The display panel comprises a thin film transistor array substrate (201), a color filter substrate (101) and a liquid crystal layer (202). A first alignment film (501) in the thin film transistor array substrate (201) is used for providing a first alignment action force for liquid crystal molecules (2021). A second alignment film (502) in the color filter substrate (101) is used for providing a second alignment action force for the liquid crystal molecules (2021). Therefore, non-uniform luminance in the display panel caused by the fact that the alignment films are formed in a mechanical contact manner can be avoided. |
