The invention relates to a parking space managing server for a parking space, comprising: a communication interface which is designed to receive a request to execute at least one vehicle-specific service for a vehicle on the parking space from a participant of a communication network via the communication network and - a processor which is designed to process the request in order to check whether the at least one service can be executed or not on the parking space for the vehicle corresponding to the request, wherein - the processor is further designed to ascertain a reply which depends on the check, - the communication interface is further designed to transmit the reply back to the participant via the communication network, and - the processor is further designed to plan and coordinate the execution of the service in the event of a positive reply that at least one service can be executed.
