PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire for largely reducing mesh-opening failure.SOLUTION: The present invention is combined so that a tack value of a material for forming a sheet member A becomes smaller than a tack value of a material for forming a sheet member B. A laminate M of laminating the sheet material B in advance on the outer periphery of the sheet material A, is wound on a molding drum 10, and the length of the sheet material A is set in the length of not overlapping between a winding start end part As and a winding finish end part Ae, and the length of the sheet material B is also extended longer in the circumferential direction than the winding finish end part Ae of the sheet material A in at least the winding finish end part Be. The winding finish end part Be is overlapped with/joined to the outer diameter side of the winding start end part Bs of the sheet member B, and a belt-like member is stuck to the outer periphery of the sheet member B so as to cover a joining part of the winding start end part and the winding finish end part. 20%-elongation time tension stress in 25°C of a material for constituting the belt-like member, is set to 1-3 times of 20%-elongation time tensile stress in 25°C of the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
