PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat resistance and sour resistance besides sealing performance for the installing plate side of the heat source member side, and to provide a vibration control characteristic as a whole by respectively fixing a first installing plate for inserting/installing a rubber seal member to a mating face of a heat source side member and a second installing plate to a mating face of a non-heat source side member in close contact with each other. SOLUTION: A vibration control gasket is provided with metallic or resin long size plate-like first installing plate 10 and second installing plate 20, a vibration control rubber elastic body for elastically connecting both installing plates 10, 20 oppositely arranged at prescribed intervals and a rubber seal member 40 inserted/installed in the first installing plate 10. The rubber seal member 40 is formed of a rubber material having excellent sealing performance and having heat resistance and sour resistance, the annular seal ring parts 41a to 41d adjusted to the respective groove parts, the linear connecting rod parts 42a to 42c, the linear projecting part 41e and the projecting part 41f are arranged and integrally formed on the same plane, and the cross section is formed into a circular shape having the same outside diameter.
