Disclosed is a user plane reinitialization method. The method comprises: an eNB monitoring a sending state of its own HARQ information, and recording the continuous retransmission failed times of the HARQ information; and when the continuous retransmission failed times of the HARQ information exceed a set threshold value, controlling a user plane at an eNB side and a UE side to be reinitialized. Also disclosed at the same time are a user plane reinitialization apparatus and a computer storage medium. |
