摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficient supercharging from a low rotation area to a high rotation area with a simple structure, in an internal combustion engine including exhaust turbo superchargers.SOLUTION: A collection part of an exhaust manifold 5 is separated into a first unit communication path 17 and a second unit communication path 18, a small-sized exhaust turbo supercharger is connected to the first unit communication path 17, and a large-sized exhaust turbo supercharger is connected to the second unit communication path 18. The first unit communication path 17 and the second unit communication path 18 are opened to an exhaust communication path 16, and the second unit communication path 18 is opened/closed by a butterfly type valve body 25. The first unit communication path 17 is opposite to a first exhaust port 10 positioned at the end of a cylinder head 3, and in a state where the valve body 25 is fully opened, part of exhaust gas of the first exhaust port 10 flows into the second unit communication path 18. Consequently, an excessive heat load can be prevented from being applied to the small-sized exhaust turbo supercharger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
