A blind device 1 is equipped with: a plurality of blades 9 which are arranged in the vertical direction V in an aperture 8, and open and close the aperture 8 as a result of being raised and lowered in the aperture 8; a link mechanism 10 for connecting the blades 9 to one another so as to allow the blades 9 to approach or separate from one another; a counterforce generation mechanism 11 for generating a counterforce F which increases or decreases according to an increase or decrease in the number of blades 9 being raised or lowered in the aperture 8; and a movement mechanism 14 for moving flexible long parts 12 and 13 of the counterforce generation mechanism 11, in order to open and close the aperture 8 using the plurality of blades 9 by raising or lowering the lowermost blade 9. |
